JNTUK took a resolution to ban Free Plastic in the Campus!

On the occasion of birthday of YSR the University took a resolution to ban "Free Plastic". Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Allam Appa Rao has welcomed the request. This is our first step towards solid waste management and exploration for solutions. We are on race of searching and promoting Reusable and cheaper solutions!

In the coming days we will focus on eliminating all unsustainable practices as we find proper solutions. The students of JNTUK will promote the concept of 7R’s to make University a role model for society to follow!

Reuse, Reduce, Recycle, Rethink, Repair, Refuse and most importantly "Reinvent".

On the occasion of Independence day University of JNTUK has its first environmental sign board installed in the campus.
